We found House/Villa Jasmin perfect for our requirements.
As a family of 5, (two adults, twins aged 7, and a little one age 3), it is the ideal location for a family looking for a safe, tranquil, and beautiful base to enjoy a holiday in Skiathos. (Whilst not being too far 'out of the way')
The Villa comprises 3 floors and can be rented as a whole or in 2 parts. We took the option to rent the main house which is the top 2 floors for our family holiday. (The ground floor has a separate apartment and entrance, comprising 2 double bedrooms and open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area.) Whilst we could have comfortably rented the downstairs apartment for ourselves we were blown away by the pictures on the website www.housevilla.gr so much so that we 'pushed the boat out' and opted for the main upper 2 floors of the Villa - which has 3 double bedrooms (all with air-conditioning) 2 bathrooms, huge kitchen / lounge / dining area, LCD TV, free Wi-Fi internet, hand-crafted spiral staircase, DVD player, huge balcony, etc, etc... Simply stunning!
The Villa is outstandingly beautiful. It has been recently built and finished perfectly with real care and craftsmanship - if we were to be buying a Villa abroad ourselves, I really don't think I would have changed any single detail of the materials, fittings and furnishings used in Villa Jasmin - it was evident on arrival that the images on the website probably don't do the Villa justice - it was even more perfect and stunning than the images portrayed - and we were sold on the website images alone!
Moreover, not only is the Villa well built and thought out, it really did provide everything that a family could possible need to enjoy a comfortable and luxurious holiday. The little touches of decor and facilities for everyday living were impressive - the owners had thought of everything you could possibly want - making it a real 'home from home'.

I stayed in Villa Jasmine for 17 days in total. The property was above all expectations. An absolutely beautiful and exceptional Villa with all the ameneties needed for a wonderful stay. The property was extremely clean and well furnished and the owners provided excellent service making our stay even more pleasant. Situated in a lovely area very close to one of Skiathos nicest beaches Ag Pareskevi and only a short drive to Skiathios main town either by car, bus or taxi I would highly recommend this villa to other travellers travelling to Skiathos.
I have stayed at many places and Greece on various islands and must say this property was by far my favourite! You wont be dissapointed.

The Villa is perfect,also the Appartement is very comforable for 4 persons,in the house were we spend the week,is place for 4 persons if you take also the red sofa than for 6.The photos on the website are 100% real no fakes.The Owners are very nice they try to do the best that you have good holidays.The house was cleaned two times a week,we get new towels and blankets etc.etc.Also we rent an TOY.Aygo for the week from Stefanos,perfect Organisation get it on the airport and bring it on the airport.So we can recommend the Villa Jasmin at 100%.And Stefanos said to me that he will installed in the next weeks SAT TV,so if we stay again in Sept.in can see also the RTL,VOX SAT1 etc.etc.We wish all the the lucky people which booked the villa Jasmin in the future the same beutiful holidays that we had.

Close to everything,beautiful beaches,nice walks, good restaurants,beautiful skiathos town and lovely neighbours.Check in very smooth and easy, car at the airport.

“Relaxing and Comfortable vacations”
We stayed for one week with my family (2 chldrn 7+4 yo)
The villas are stated in the best spot of the island, since you are able to visit most of the best beaches and also the city center in 10-15 minutes way with your car. What i have to mention as one biggest advantages, is the temperature at the specific location. It is usually 2-3 degrees (C) lower than the city center and that makes your living there a real pleasure in the hot -greek-summer nights. All the facilities are brand new and the house is very carefully equiped and decorated. The balcony and the garden are excellent, especially for the children. When the night falls, you can relax at the balcony and have your dinner with your family.
In general, an ecxellent place to relax and enjoy the beauties of Skiathos Island (probably the best island in aegean Sea)

“Jasmin Villa is the nicest place we've stayed, as a family.”
Wonderful. Incredibly comfortable, whilst still feeling luxurious. Perfect location as it was close to everything, but slightly off the beaten track. Jasmin and Stefanos ensured that we had everything just as we liked it and have struck a great balance so that you feel well looked after, but your privacy is very much respected. They manage to make you feel spoilt, without bothering you at all. We couldn't believe how reasonable the price was, when we compared it to other accommodation on the island. If we go back to Skiathos we will definitely stay at Villa Jasmin again.
